Last Name Tea Towel
Growing up, customized tea towels were OFF LIMITS in our home. It didn’t matter if your hands were freshly cleaned. Don’t touch the special tea towel hanging on the oven door handle.
Now, 20 years later, I get to be the person who makes the special kitchen tea towels. I’m grateful for the opportunity to make this little wedding gift. The little towels that witness a first meal made in a new home together… to witness the arguments over whose turn it is to do dishes… to witness the first holiday spent as ‘just the 2 of us’. There’s something pretty special for me to get to create these little tea towels that are carried through some of life’s big moments. As a (fairly) newly married woman, I still get excited when I see my new last name, so yep! I want it on a towel.
