Hi, I'm Taylor! Welcome to Taylor Made Craft Co. My passion for crafting started back in 2001 when I was in kindergarten, and I picked up crocheting. I could only make a straight line, and my parents graciously used my multicolored straight single line as garland on our Christmas tree. Fast forward 18 years. In 2019, I spent a summer living alone and looked up a list of hobbies to do alone. Hand embroidery was one of the hobbies on the list, and I decided to pick it up. I made a shirt for my friend that I was competing in a climbing competition with. Over the next 3 years, I expanded into flowers, animals, monograms, portraits, shoe embroidery and more. (I also finally learned to do turns in my crochet work resulting in chicken trivets and baby blankets.)
My favorite response when someone asks,
“Could you make _________?”
is “YES!”
In the spring of 2022, my husband and I decided to purchase our first multi-needle embroidery machine. Over the past year and a half, I have been developing my skills and dreaming about starting a website. My favorite part of crafting is fulfilling custom orders and learning how to perfect new projects. My goal is being able to pursue embroidery and crafting as my full-time vocation, and each purchase is an encouraging step in that direction. I’ve always enjoyed crafting and creating items for others to gift to their loved ones. My favorite response when someone asks, “Could you make _________?” is “YES!”
I truly could not do this without my husband who is wholeheartedly supporting me in this pursuit. When I’m not working on a creative venture, I enjoy spending time with my husband and 2 nephews, going on a run (sometimes), or watching a show. I can’t wait to work together!
